Return or Exchange Policy

 

Faithful Fish® will gladly accept exchanges or returns of any of our products provided they have not been worn, washed or used. Please see below for more specific information and the mailing address.

Exchanges

 

We will accept any unused Faithful Fish® product for an exchange. Please send your product back to us at the address below along with a copy of the original invoice. Please be sure to specify the size and color of the item you would like to exchange for your purchase.

 

Returns

 

Faithful Fish® will accept the return of any unused product. The refund will be made in the original form payment excluding shipping charges. Simply send the product back to us along with a copy of the original invoice, noting the reason for the return. Please ensure your correct address and telephone number is on the receipt.
